The project at Burch House in Peterborough involved adding new single skin 32/1000 profile wall cladding sheets to an existing structure.
Previously, this structure had a masonry wall along with composite panels on the upper part of the walls. These were enhanced with two matching colours: anthracite grey and metallic silver.
The roofing work included removing four existing flues and supplying and installing new brake pressed roof sheets, which also featured fibreglass insulation and a flat white plate flashing on the underside of the roof.
To finish the building, the old gutters were taken out and replaced with new trimline gutters, complete with all stop ends and outlets.
