The refurbishment of the roof at Fosse Park Shopping Park involved the treatment of cut edge corrosion, the application of a complete Giromax roof coat to the existing composite roof, and the installation of new HD Sharman gutter liners around the building’s perimeter.
Additionally, a completely new front façade was constructed, featuring Kingspan composite Karrier panels and Shackerley granite rainscreen tiles in two complementing colours.
