The current asbestos cement roofing on a warehouse unit and workshop at IM Group has been overclad with new metal sheeting, along with new insulation to meet the latest U value regulations.
New rooflights were added throughout, enhancing the internal natural daylight.
Furthermore, repairs were conducted on other warehouse units, which included gutter linings, aluminium capping, and treatment for cut edge corrosion.
