This project included the renovation of the current Hollywood Bowl and extension for a new Wagamama, Nandos and Wingstop.
Along with the development of a new Tesla, Costa Coffee, and a Five Guys drive-thru.
Tesla, involved installing a new Kingspan composite roof system with new insulated gutters.

The Hollywood Bowl, along with the extension works, included the installation of a new insulated over-cladded roof, which features new HD Sharman gutter liners, as well as new parapet walls and cappings.

Costa Coffee incorporated the installation of a Kingspan single ply composite roof and a single ply built-up system for the Kiosk and payment booths.
- A Norclad Western red cedar rainscreen system was applied to the walls.
- Aluminium fascia soffit was installed throughout.
The Five Guys drive-thru includes a Kingspan single ply composite roof along with parapets.
- It features aluminium cassette panels on the wall elevations.
- New single skin roofs have been installed on the pay and collection pods.
- Aluminium fascia soffits and capping’s are present throughout.
