The Cedo project in Telford involved work on three roofs, which included cleaning the existing asbestos roof, remedial works to existing flashings / vents, and substituting failing hook bolts with new fixings.

A Giromax roof coating system was subsequently applied to the entire roof, covering a total area of 6200m2. To complete the maintenance tasks, we removed debris from the gutters and ensured that the outlets were free-flowing.
