The redevelopment of Meadowhall Retail Park included the construction of a new standalone Greggs drive-thru and the renovation of the existing facades and roofs of the retail park. Greggs has implemented a new insulated twin-skin built-up roof system along with single-ply roof systems. Aluminium rainscreen cassette panels have been applied to the facades.
The redevelopment of retail units involved the modernization of the existing elevations, featuring a new rainscreen façade that incorporates aluminium planks to conceal the existing brick columns. Granite tiles were installed at the entrance and in prominent feature areas. New aluminium cassette panels have been fitted to the fascia and shop fronts.
