One of the numerous projects completed at Rolls Royce Derby involved the MMC Building. Following the installation of a new roof safety line system, Synergy undertook the cleaning of the gutters and applied a liquid applied coating to approximately 500 linear meters using Giromax Guttercoat.

External works to the gutters included the removal of the existing corroded outlets and installation of new siphonic outlets
A fully new upgraded siphonic drain water system was installed including a back up secondary overflow system to bring the roof drainage up to current regulations.
